HighRoads acquires HR advisory firm

HighRoads Inc. announced that it has acquired human resources advisory firm MHS Advisors LLC.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Woburn, Mass., HR management software company said the MHS Advisors team will become HighRoads’ HR Advisory Services division and will set up a new office in Chicago, expanding the company’s Midwest presence.
